2. Organizer Responsibility

Organizers listing on DesiCruise.com are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, delivery of their events, and all customer obligations including refunds. By listing, organizers agree to provide accurate information and honour all tickets sold.

3. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase a ticket through DesiCruise.com, your purchase is with the event organizer, not with DesiCruise.com. Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual organizers and displayed on each listing. DesiCruise.com is not liable for event cancellations, changes, or organizer failures.

4. User Accounts

To list events or access certain features, create an account on DesiFormal.com. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. DesiCruise.com reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on DesiCruise.com — text, design, logos, graphics — is the property of DesiFormal.com or its content contributors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
